Self-Paced Learning: LearnSmasher EduTech LLP offers self-paced learning courses. Please note that while certification and self-paced project internships are provided free of cost, enrollment in training programs, learning materials, and any addon services are paid.

Ownership: All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website are owned by LearnSmasher EduTech LLP and are protected by applicable laws.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Certified Intern Data: Data related to certified interns, including offer letters and certificates, will be deleted 3 months after completion of the internship. LearnSmasher EduTech LLP is not responsible for any deleted certificates or offer letters after this period. Certificate Requests: If an intern has an old certificate ID, they may request a new certificate up to 4 months from completion. After 4 months, users will need to submit a new application to be issued a certificate.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By applying for any course, training program, or service offered by LearnSmasher EduTech LLP, the user acknowledges and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the termination of access to our services.
